What is an Affiliated school?
Understanding HBI Modular Courses System
The term “module” is most commonly used to denote online classes or units. Online course modules often comprise information and activities that are designed to provide students with a defined learning path.
A Module is a collection of courses that gives a specific degree of learning in a subject. It is a group of courses that define a field of study.
HBI level-2 curriculum consists of 12 modular courses.
LEVEL ONE
Any student seeking to enroll to our affiliated Seminary Associate of Biblical Studies program must have graduated from high school or received his/her GED.
LEVEL TWO
Any student seeking to enroll to our affiliated Seminary Bachelor Degree Program must meet at least one of the following requirements:
1) The student must have completed an approved 60 Semester Hour Associate Degree Program. In many instances, even an undergraduate degree in a secular field will meet HBI requirements.
2) The student must have completed at least 60 semester hours of undergraduate coursework from an approved seminary or college.
3) The student must meet the minimum requirements for Lifetime Credit, which is based upon extensive years of service in the ministry. The student must also have at least 30 hours of transfer credits.
LEVEL THREE
Any student seeking to enroll to our affiliated Seminary Master program must have completed an approved 120 semester hour program of study. In most instances, even an undergraduate degree in a secular field will meet HBI requirements.
LEVEL FOUR
Any student seeking to enroll to our affiliated Seminary Doctorate program must have completed an approved Master Degree program.
